Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the TaskPhase mobile application. These Terms govern your access to and use of TaskPhase and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TaskPhase.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TaskPhase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Use of TaskPhase
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use TaskPhase. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Account Creation: To access certain features of TaskPhase, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use: You agree to use TaskPhase only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.
User Content: You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through TaskPhase. You grant TaskPhase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content in connection with the App and its services.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use TaskPhase to:
Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, hateful, racist, sexist, or otherwise objectionable material.
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
3. Intellectual Property
TaskPhase and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TaskPhase and are protected by intellectual property laws.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Freemium Model: TaskPhase offers a free version with limited features.
Premium Subscription: You can upgrade to a premium subscription for a fee to access additional features and benefits.
Payment Terms: Payment for premium subscriptions will be charged to your chosen payment method. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize
TaskPhase to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Refunds: Refunds may be available under certain circumstances, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Termination
TaskPhase may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
TaskPhase is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TaskPhase does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TaskPhase be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in accordance with the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
9. Changes to These Terms
TaskPhase may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App or by sending you an email.
